Recycling Warehouse Worker
Location: Pearl, MS
Pay: Starting at $12.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, plus every other Saturday
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Recycling Warehouse Worker to join our team in Pearl, MS. This position is responsible for collecting recyclable packaging materials throughout the warehouse and operating a baling machine to prepare materials for recycling. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Collect cardboard, plastic, and other recyclable packaging materials throughout the warehouse.
- Sort recyclable materials as needed.
- Safely operate a baling machine to compress and prepare materials for recycling.
- Stack, organize, and store completed bales in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
- Perform routine inspections and basic cleaning of the baling equipment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or recycling experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely operate equipment after training.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Every other Saturday required
