Monday - Friday, 7 am to 4 pm 

Role Description

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, operating office equipment, performing clerical tasks, and assisting with communication and copying needs. Additionally, you will help maintain and organize records, handle mail and package deliveries, and assist with various other duties as assigned. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience working in an office setting, possess strong customer service skills, be able to handle confidential information with discretion, and have a solid understanding of office procedures and protocols. 

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistance, Office Equipment, and Clerical Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

• Copying and scanning documents and files experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with record keeping and data entry

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
