About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to oversee their engineering team and manufacturing processes. This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity for a hands-on leader who can optimize production processes, maintain equipment and tooling, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor manufacturing engineers, specialists, and maintenance supervisors.

• Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, tools, and processes.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and corporate safety standards.

• Coordinate projects with engineering staff and other supervisors, setting priorities and meeting deadlines.

• Recommend new technologies and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Prepare reports on plant efficiency, maintenance activities, engineering projects, and standards.

• Develop and maintain labor standards, tooling and equipment processes, and plant production methods.

• Manage capital expenditures, deferred tool, and major expense budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles is preferred.

• HVAC or thermodynamics experience is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

• Knowledge of OSHA and quality control compliance.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
