Role Description

We are currently hiring for a full-time on-site role as a Structural Welder in Flowood, MS. As a Structural Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting construction drawings, measuring and cutting materials, and welding and fabricating structures for various projects. Operating MIG and TIG welding equipment, you will ensure that all welds meet the specific requirements outlined in the blueprints. Additionally, you will work closely with a team to complete projects safely and efficiently, reporting to the Welding Supervisor. Following all safety guidelines, you will inspect, brush, and grind welds as necessary.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in structural welding and fabrication

• 1+ years of experience MIG and TIG welding

• Experience interpreting and analyzing construction drawings and blueprints

• Ability to operate and maintain various welding equipment and tools

• Certification in welding or a related field is preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work under
