Role Description
The MIG Welder is responsible for fabricating and welding galvanized steel gates according to customer specifications. This role involves reading and interpreting work orders, operating welding equipment, and ensuring that all finished products meet quality standards. Must be able to read a tape measure. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30am to 4:30pm and requires attention to detail, consistency, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding, preferably on galvanized steel
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or customer specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to pass a welding test prior to starting assignment
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and equipment operation
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent weekday schedule
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift materials as needed
