7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday - Friday

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located at a school in Rankin County, MS. The School Custodian will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for students, staff, and visitors. The role includes performing routine cleaning tasks, minor maintenance, and safety inspections to ensure the school premises are in excellent condition. Additionally, the School Custodian will be responsible for stripping and waxing floors to maintain their appearance and durability.

Qualifications

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and reaching
• Must have a clean background
• Must pass a drug screen
