Location: Hinds County
Pay rate: $17 an hour
Hours: Mon. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tues. – Thurs. 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Fri. 8:00 am to 3:30 pm
Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, as well as support various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone Management: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Invoice Scanning: Scan and organize invoices, ensuring accurate digital records.
- Correspondence: Handle minor correspondence, including drafting and sending routine emails and letters.
- Mail Management: Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail to the relevant departments or individuals.
Job Benefits:
- Base Salary: Paid weekly with the payroll period running from Wednesday to Tuesday. Pay day is on Friday via direct deposit.
- Vacation: 1 week after 6 months of employment, 2 weeks per year after 1 year of employment.
