Role Description
The Production Worker is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations during the 2nd shift. This role involves operating machinery, inspecting products for quality, maintaining a clean workspace, and following all safety procedures. The position requires teamwork and attention to detail to ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently met. The schedule is 3:15 PM to 11:15 PM.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work 2nd shift (3:15 PM – 11:15 PM)
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
