Role Description
The Production Technician in the Masking Department is responsible for preparing parts for the electrolytic coating process by carefully applying masking paint and protective materials to designated areas. This role ensures that parts are properly protected during coating, maintaining strict quality standards and attention to detail. The position works Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with some required overtime and occasional weekend work as needed. The company is seeking dependable candidates who are interested in building a long-term career after successfully completing the probationary period.
Qualifications
Ability to apply masking paint and materials to parts with accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to follow work instructions, diagrams, and production procedures
Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
Dependable work ethic and willingness to work overtime or weekends when required
Strong focus on quality and consistency
Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
