Production Floor Manager

Full-Time | 40–50 Hours/Week
$24.00 – $30.00/hour | Bi-Weekly Pay

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Floor Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a highly specialized, precision-driven environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing a small team and ensuring quality, safety, and production goals are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations, workflow, and quality control

• Operate and troubleshoot equipment; serve as floor expert

• Lead, train, and develop a small team (under 10 employees)

• Maintain accurate production records and enforce safety standards

• Partner with leadership on production goals and process improvements

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude; automation experience preferred

• Proven leadership ability and attention to detail

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and organization

• Forklift certification preferred (training available)

Requirements

• Must pass a comprehensive background check

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
