Why you will love this job: Seeking detail oriented individuals with great work ethic for 1st shift ASSEMBLER positions at a climate controlled manufacturing facility in the Jackson Metro Area. You will also have the opportunity for a lot of overtime pay! This is a Contract to Hire position where you will have the opportunity to be hired on directly by the client!
Salary: $12.50/hour - After the probationary period, you will receive paid time off, health insurance, and access to a generous 401K plan.
Hours: 6am to 2:00pm, Monday – Friday (Some weekends and overtime will be required)
What your future day will look like:
• Work with team members to assemble materials
• Perform routine quality checks on product throughout production process
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
