This role will involve administering employee benefits, managing payroll processing, and overseeing Human Resources Information Systems. Additionally, the Payroll Benefits Manager will be responsible for leading and directing hiring, administering pay, and enforcing company policies. They will also collaborate with the management team on policy development, employee development, and communications. This role will involve supervising up to 4 people.
Experience in Benefits Administration and Payroll Administration
Knowledge of Employee Benefits and HRIS
Experience in garnishments processing
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage confidential information and complete compliance requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Certification in Payroll or Benefits Administration is a plus
Minimum of 3 years of management experience
