Job Summary:
Ridgeland office seeking highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, manage a team of 20 employees, and ensure smooth administrative functions. This role will be responsible for monitoring attendance, enforcing policies, and fostering a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Supervise and support a team of 20 employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Attendance & Scheduling: Track employee attendance, manage time-off requests, and enforce company attendance policies.
Office Operations: Maintain office efficiency by implementing best practices for workflow, communication, and organization.
Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to employees as needed.
Performance Monitoring: Assist in evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and addressing any attendance or productivity concerns.
Administrative Support: Handle office correspondence, maintain records, and assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees.
Problem-Solving: Address workplace challenges, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive and professional work environment.
Supply & Budget Management: Oversee office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and maintain budget control for office-related expenses.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing attendance records and enforcing policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, HRIS, attendance tracking systems).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in HR-related functions, including attendance management and policy enforcement.
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.
