Our customer is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Inventory Manager to support and streamline daily operations. In this vital role, you'll ensure smooth office functions, accurate inventory management, and exceptional team performance. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the office team to ensure excellent customer service, stepping in to resolve issues as needed.
Manage cross-functional projects that support the company’s annual operating goals.
Develop, communicate, and enforce effective office and inventory procedures.
Conduct weekly warehouse inventory checks and place orders for product.
Perform regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to monitor and control inventory costs.
Ensure quality, delivery, and budget objectives are consistently met.
Build advanced proficiency in Route Manager software.
Hire, train, and coach office and support staff.
Use customer feedback, sales data, and performance metrics to guide decision-making and support growth.
Generate inventory reports and forecast product usage.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have advanced Excel skills.
Experience in inventory management and data analysis is highly desirable.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
Prolonged periods of sitting, writing, or typing.
Ability to move around the office and warehouse environments.
