Role Description
As an Office Administrator, you will work closely with the Directors of Operations, Partners, and other Associates to ensure the smooth operation of our firm. Your primary responsibilities will include answering and directing phone calls, greeting and directing visitors, coordinating with vendors and office service providers, maintaining office tidiness and supplies, and managing office lunches and events. Additionally, you will schedule in-office trainings, assist with onboarding new employees, and support the Director of Operations in general functions.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree
Previous administrative experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of Google applications (i.e., Google Drive, Sheets, Calendar, etc)
Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation
Excellent communication skills in person, in writing, and on the phone
Ability to work with leadership in person, in writing, and on the phone
Team player that enjoys working in highly collaborative, social, and authentic work environment
