Role Description
As a Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of equipment and machinery within the manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine inspections, diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs and adjustments, and adhering to safety protocols. You will work closely with the maintenance team to address any equipment malfunctions promptly, minimize downtime, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the production process. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills will be essential in keeping operations running smoothly. 

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively

• Proficiency in using tools and equipment for maintenance and repairs

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Certification in mechanical maintenance or related field is a plus

• Must be able to pass mathematical and mechanical aptitude test
