Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager (GM) to oversee all aspects of a growing organization, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and alignment with strategic goals. This role has full responsibility for the Annual Operations Plan (AOP), company budget, and P&L, while driving growth through effective sales, marketing, and operational strategies.
The General Manager will lead cross-functional teams, foster a positive and accountable work environment, and ensure sales, delivery, and service functions align with organizational objectives and the annual operating plan.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000, plus bonus potential

Key Responsibilities
Lead the organization by modeling core company values
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L responsibility
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and execute the Annual Operations Plan (AOP) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Oversee projects, inventory, and budget tracking for performance trending and analysis
Implement programs to meet AOP goals while adapting to market trends
Design organizational structure and processes to support current operations and future growth
Identify and participate in new business acquisition and expansion opportunities
Establish procedures and controls to promote effective communication and information flow
Create a culture of principled accountability with clearly defined expectations
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Train, develop, and mentor team members to support succession planning and long-term growth
Provide leadership and direction for all sales and marketing initiatives
Represent the organization with key customers, stakeholders, and the financial community

Qualifications
3–5 years of General Management experience
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership abilities

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Primary work location is an office environment
Occasional work in warehouse or distribution settings with limited climate control
Travel to customer sites and branch locations as needed
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly and up to 60 lbs. occasionally
Continuous use of computers and other electronic devices
