Role Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all machinery and equipment involved in the injection molding process. This includes preventative maintenance, timely repairs, and ensuring machines operate at peak performance. The schedule for this position is Monday through Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with Fridays off. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or injection molding setting

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

• Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs

• Knowledge of safety practices related to industrial equipment

• Ability to work independently and respond to emergency repairs

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred
