Role Description
The Rewind Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery used in the rewinding, cutting, and packaging of materials such as labels, film, and paper. This role requires close attention to detail to ensure product quality, proper machine calibration, and adherence to safety standards. The operator will work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals while maintaining efficient and safe operations during 1st shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous machine operator experience in a production environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of safety practices and equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and read technical manuals and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Ability to bend, walk, and stoop as needed throughout the shift
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work in environments with noise, dust, and other factory-related conditions
