We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales / Lead Generation Specialist to support a growing retail division in the manufactured housing industry in Flowood, MS. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers—connecting with individuals who have expressed interest and helping guide them toward the next step in their homebuying journey.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective homebuyers via phone, text, and email
Qualify leads and identify customer housing needs
Schedule appointments with the nearest retail sales location
Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries
Support retail locations by driving showroom traffic
Qualifications
Strong communication and phone skills
Positive, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
Ability to quickly build rapport and engage prospects
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or call center environments preferred
