Well established company seeking a highly motivated and aggressive Inside/Outside Sales Representative who thrives on closing deals and is driven by financial success. This individual will be responsible for building relationships and driving sales by calling on builders, designers, and industry professionals.

If you have a background in construction, interior design, or a related field—or are a recent graduate with a Construction Technology or Interior Design degree—this could be a great opportunity to launch a successful sales career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage with builders, designers, and other key decision-makers to drive sales.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, site visits, and presentations.

• Generate leads, close deals, and consistently exceed sales targets.

• Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape.

• Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Aggressive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a passion for sales and earning potential.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a hunter mentality.

• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term business relationships.

• Background in construction, interior design, or related industries is a plus.

• Recent graduates with a Construction Technology or Interior Design degree are encouraged to apply.
