What your future day will look like:

• Tracking, prioritizing and documenting request using IT support request system

• Providing technical support to end users via IT Support system

• Managing daily operations of computers, networks, phone systems, cell phones, pagers and security system

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent trade school certification required

• Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience required

• A+ and Networks+ certifications preferred

• Experience to include PC maintenance and repair, software installation & maintenance, currents windows operating systems, Internet and e-mail support
