Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions including employee relations, compliance, performance management, talent acquisition, and benefits administration. This role plays a strategic part in shaping company culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in a management role
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
