Human Resources Generalist
On-site | Full-Time
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000

We are seeking a creative and driven Human Resources Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions and initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the full recruitment process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and processing pre-employment screenings

  • Attend job fairs, career events, and school-sponsored functions to promote the company and career opportunities

  • Support new hire onboarding and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate

  • Identify training needs and assist in developing and implementing training programs

  • Support benefits enrollment and respond to employee questions regarding benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) plans

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS)

  • Provide data and reporting to support HR metrics and analytics

  • Manage and analyze employee surveys, including onboarding, exit, and engagement surveys, and assist with follow-up actions

  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives that support company goals

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all HR-related information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • 2–5 years of HR experience

  • Knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and OSHA standards

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

  • Ability to travel locally to company locations, job fairs, and recruiting events

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements such as typing

  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs

  • Ability to move throughout office, distribution facilities, and vendor locations
