Role Description
The Human Resource Generalist will support a range of HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. This position plays a key role in maintaining HR policies and fostering a positive workplace environment while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience

• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• PHR certification preferred

• Experience in a multi-site or industrial environment is a plus
