We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to support a growing retail division. This role will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple locations, helping attract and hire top talent in sales, operations, and leadership positions. This is an opportunity to move beyond transactional recruiting and play a key role in building proactive talent pipelines, improving hiring quality, and supporting continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for retail roles across multiple locations
Partner with General Managers and regional leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of roles, including sales and leadership positions
Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
Manage and optimize relationships with third-party recruiting agencies
Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting in retail, sales, or multi-location environments
Experience working with third-party recruiting agencies
Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
