Are you an experienced HR professional who loves partnering with leaders, solving employee relations challenges, and making a real impact? A growing organization is looking for an HR Business Partner to support its fast-paced, multi-location Retail Division.
This is a high-visibility role where you’ll serve as a trusted HR advisor while supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and talent development.
What You’ll Do
Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and workforce needs
Conduct employee investigations and recommend appropriate solutions
Coach managers through performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for positions at all levels
Ensure compliance with employment laws and consistent application of HR policies
Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
Partner with payroll and benefits teams to resolve employee questions
Analyze turnover, hiring, and employee relations trends and recommend improvements
Support HR projects, organizational changes, and process improvements
What You Bring
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong employee relations, investigation, performance management, and recruiting experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
Multi-location retail or fast-paced operational experience preferred
HRIS/payroll experience; UKG/UltiPro preferred
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels
Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
