Salary: $45,000 - $55,000

What your future day will look like:

• Assisting with bookkeeping and payroll, organizing and tracking client information, including contracts

• Serving as the point of contact for accounting and client inquires

• Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures

• Answering all questions pertaining to billing

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of full charge bookkeeper experience

• Must be highly proficient in QuickBooks, Word, Excel and Outlook

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
