Role Description The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience. This role includes greeting guests, registering guests, processing check-ins, answering questions, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service throughout the guest stay. The Front Desk Associate works closely with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient daily operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to greet and assist guests in a professional manner
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to process guest registrations and check-ins accurately
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to remain courteous and professional in a fast-paced environment
Hospitality or hotel experience preferred
