Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with product selection, technical support, and product usage training.
Support professionals in forestry, wildland firefighting, arboriculture, surveying, environmental science, geology, archaeology, construction, and related fields.
Attend industry conventions, trade shows, and professional events.
Provide input on new product selection and development.
Assist with the creation and proofreading of marketing materials.
Serve as a product knowledge resource for internal departments.
Support website product categorization and technical content development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Wildlife Management, Natural Resources, or a related field.
Relevant work experience in forestry, natural resources, environmental science, or a related industry preferred.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Excellent driving record.
