Pay Rate: $25/hour - Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance as well as paid time off and a 401K match.

Hours: 7am to 4pm, Monday - Friday

What your future day will look like:

• Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery

• Test drive trucks and other vehicles to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that they are working properly

• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition

• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, and precision instruments, as well as power tools such as pneumatic wrenches, lathes, welding equipment, and jacks and hoists

• Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments such as handheld computers, motor analyzers, and pressure gauges

• Specialize in repairing and maintaining parts of the engine, such as fuel injection systems

To be a champion on this job, you must:

• Valid class A CDL with acceptable driving record

• Be able to lift up to 60 lbs on a repeated and prolonged basis

• Provide own tools

• OSHA certification to use power equipment

• Be able to bend, stoop and climb on a frequent basis

• Be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time

• Sufficient reading skills for the position

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
