Role Description
As a Financial Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial sales team in achieving their goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include assisting with client account management, preparing financial reports, conducting market research, and coordinating client meetings and appointments. You will also be responsible for maintaining client records, processing financial transactions, and providing administrative support to the sales team. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the financial sales department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• Previous experience in financial services or sales support role is preferred

• Strong knowledge of financial products and services

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

• Knowledge of CRM systems and financial software is a plus

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude towards learning and professional development
