Pay Rate: $16.00/hour - After the probationary period, you will receive paid time off, health insurance, and access to a generous 401K plan.

Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday - You will have opportunities to earn overtime pay!

What your future day will look like:

• Operating MIG welding equipment and perform welds on galvanized steel

• Reading blueprints and comprehension of the requirements for specific welds

• Smoothing out welds by grinding and sanding out

• Performing quality checks on production line

• Maintaining a clean work environment

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds

• Must have previous MIG welding experience

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
