Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents as needed.
Conduct research and compile data for strategic decision-making.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.
Track and manage expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements.
Oversee special projects and follow up on pending tasks.
Support daily operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to streamline workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in an executive support role or related experience.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with scheduling tools, project management software, and virtual meeting platforms.
Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting C-suite executives.
Familiarity with CRM, HRIS, or other business software.
Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
