Role Description
As an Executive Assistant, your role will be to provide high-level support to both internal and external parties with professionalism and discretion. You will be responsible for managing sensitive matters, maintaining calendars, preparing documents and presentations, arranging travel, and managing executive contacts. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. You will also be expected to handle C-level matters with confidentiality and good judgment, represent the company positively, and conserve the executive's time by proactively gathering and analyzing information.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree is preferred
3+ year of experience supporting C-level executives in an executive assistant role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Flexible availability for projects and meetings
Strong business sense and ability to prioritize effectively
Commitment to excellence and consistently performing at a high level
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Team-oriented approach and experience working collaboratively
Service-focused mindset and ability to maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
Ability to think creatively and problem-solve with a sense of urgency
