The president is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support him and the executive team and help drive this mission forward.
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient office operations and seamless communication across departments. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
Organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and follow-ups are completed.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including venue selection, catering, and materials preparation.
Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring the security of sensitive information.
Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting, providing administrative support for financial tasks.
Participate in project management activities, providing support as needed to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Conduct research and compile data to assist executives in decision-making processes.
Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing office supplies, and maintaining an organized workspace.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with project management tools and practices is a plus.
