Role Description: The Driver Verification Specialist is responsible for supporting the driver hiring process by verifying current and previous employer information for new applicants and processing employment applications. This position also performs data entry, maintains daily spreadsheets, and assists with special assignments as requested. The ideal candidate is organized, computer-savvy, able to multitask, and comfortable navigating websites and communicating professionally with applicants and employers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of one year of previous work-related experience
Excellent computer skills
Ability to easily navigate websites and online systems
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Ability to maintain accurate daily spreadsheets
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and complete special assignments as requested
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
