District Manager – Hattiesburg

Our customer is looking for a District Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of 5–7 convenience store locations across Central and South Mississippi. Total Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

• Quarterly Bonus: $2,500 - $3,000 quarterly  

• Company vehicle provided

• Company gas card provided

What You’ll Do

As District Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role focused on:

• Leading day-to-day operations across multiple store locations with a strong focus on food service quality and growth

• Coaching and developing Store Managers to enhance customer experience and drive profitability

• Managing KPIs such as customer feedback, labor efficiency, cost control, and food safety compliance

• Conducting regular store visits to ensure consistent execution and adherence to standards

• Supporting hiring, onboarding, and development of high-performing teams

• Analyzing operational and financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements

• Championing our core values and fostering a high-performance, team-first culture

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of multi-unit leadership experience, ideally in convenience retail, food service, or QSR

• Strong knowledge of food safety, labor management, and operations

• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced setting

• Data-driven decision maker with excellent communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or retail operations software

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently (up to 80% of the time)

Physical & Work Requirements

• Travel to store locations regularly

• Ability to move through retail, kitchen, and stockroom environments

• Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds

• Comfortable working in mixed environments (office, retail, food service)
