Role Description

As the Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the distribution of goods, managing warehouse inventory, coordinating with suppliers and carriers, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. You will also be responsible for formulating plans and overseeing the complete process of warehouse operations, managing inventory control, coordinating delivery operations, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning work schedules for warehouse teams, providing training to employees, and coordinating all matters related to receiving records, invoices, transfers, and damage reports. 

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Leadership and management skills, including experience managing a team

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with inventory management software and systems

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse supervisory role
