Digital Advertising Manager, Salary $80,000 - $100,000

A growing, multi-location retail organization is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Digital Advertising Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales growth.

 

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative marketing team supporting more than 80 retail locations across North America. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, results-oriented, and passionate about leveraging digital advertising to deliver measurable business results.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

  • Manage campaign budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), lead quality, and overall marketing performance.

  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.

  • Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, creative assets, audiences, and targeting strategies.

  • Analyze campaign metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI, and website performance.

  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking, tagging, attribution, and reporting.

  • Build dashboards and present performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with creative, content, and leadership teams to develop effective digital marketing strategies.

  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising or paid media management.

  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, and related digital marketing platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign data and optimizing performance.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

  • Experience supporting multi-location or multi-market organizations is a plus.
