What your future day will look like:

• Handling incoming calls, understanding the customers needs and responding appropriately

• Calling customer  companies to follow up on the status of payments

• Updating customers

• Sending invoices  

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Basic insurance knowledge is a big plus

• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook

• Outstanding organizational and communication skills

•  2-3 years experience in an administrative role
