Growing MS based company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with Agility ERP (DMSi) expertise to join their team.
Salary: $52,000
What You’ll Do
Manage daily accounting tasks in Agility ERP
Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and accounts payable
Handle customer invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Support monthly and year-end financial close
Assist with inventory, cost tracking, and lumber/material reporting
Collaborate with management and CPA on financial reporting
What's required:
Proven, hands-on experience with Agility ERP (DMSi)
3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
Familiarity with lumber industry terms such as job costing, rebates, vendor purchasing, and retainage
