Role Description This role is responsible for supporting production operations through assembly, inspection, and packaging of products. The position requires interpreting instructions, blueprints, and production orders to properly assemble components using hand, power, and air tools. The individual will ensure quality standards are met by identifying and reporting defects while maintaining efficient workflow. Additional responsibilities include packaging and shipping finished products, adapting to various workstation assignments, and supporting Lean manufacturing and safety practices.
Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred
Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, and production orders
Experience using hand, power, and/or air tools with strong attention to detail
Ability to meet production standards in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment
