Role Description: The Part-Time Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support for a workers’ compensation office. Responsibilities include filing, answering and directing phone calls, processing incoming and outgoing mail, handling faxes, scanning documents, performing data entry, and completing verification tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information in a professional office environment.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional telephone and communication skills
Ability to accurately perform data entry and verification tasks
Comfortable working with computers, scanners, fax machines, and standard office equipment
Ability to organize and maintain files accurately
Ability to handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
Dependable and punctual with strong attendance
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Ability to work independently and manage multiple administrative tasks
