Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant located in Jackson, MS. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for clerical tasks, answering phones with proper phone etiquette, executive administrative assistance, and communication duties.

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

• Clerical skills, including typing, filing, and organization

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize tasks

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude

• Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
