Company Description: Large agency seeking someone to oversee the daily operations of the Print Shop duties.
Pay Rate: $13.00
Hours: 8am – 5pm
Role Description:
- Print necessary forms and reports for various departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure all print jobs are processed accurately and mailed out on schedule
- Monitor the daily and monthly mailings of documentation and statements, ensuring statements are in sequential order and placed in proper tray for distribution
- Maintains inventory of necessary supplies for Print Shop
- Manage processing of individual department forms, which includes printing, gluing, numbering, shrink wrapping and boxing these forms before storing for usage
- Printing of fliers, booklets, PowerPoint presentations, and posters for all departments
- Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Print Shop experience would be PLUS
- Computer knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel and lift 30 to 40lbs.
