Role Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialists to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date job files in Foundation Software, including entering budget line items, billings, and payments. You will also be tasked with updating customer files, setting up billing items, and preparing billing worksheets for project managers. Additionally, you will be responsible for emailing project managers a weekly billing calendar, pulling job cost reports, processing cash receipts, and preparing and mailing customer statements monthly. This role will also involve generating and delivering reports, as well as contacting clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with AIA, Standard, or Cost-Plus billing is preferred

• Microsoft Office Suites, with specialty to advanced Excel knowledge

• Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
