Role Description
The Accounting Clerk will support the finance department by managing accounts payable tasks, issuing purchase orders, and organizing incoming mail and packages. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with digital filing systems and Excel. This part-time position runs Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 1 PM.
Qualifications
Accounting background or knowledge of accounts payable processes (preferred)
Proficient in Excel and comfortable with online filing systems
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn internal software systems
Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 1 PM
