TempStaff is seeking a SHIPPING & WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE for a locally owned manufacturer in Ridgeland. Selected candidate will have the opportunity to be hired directly by the client company after a probationary period.

Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $13.00/hr - Upon being hired by the company, you will receive health insurance, paid holidays, and 401k retirement plans are available to eligible employees.

What your future day will look like:

• Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments

• Prepare product for shipment

• Operate forklift or pallet jack to move product

• Utilize pallet wrapper to prepare product for shipment

• Communicate with Freight Companies, Vendors and Management

• Participate in monthly inventory

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years Shipping and/or Warehouse experience

• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Excellent attention to details

• Able to work in a fast paced environment

• Lifting, sitting, standing, crouching throughout shift

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. consistently

• Clean criminal background

• At least 18 years old to apply
