Role Description
The Part Time Custodian works 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, and is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the warehouse. Duties include general cleaning tasks and trash removal to ensure a safe and orderly environment.

Role Description
 This position is responsible for setting up and operating welding equipment to produce high-quality fabricated components. Duties include preparing materials and parts for welding, selecting appropriate wire and filler materials, and applying proper techniques based on metal type and specifications. The role involves inspecting welds for defects, measuring workpieces using precision tools, and correcting issues using grinding and finishing tools. Additional responsibilities include performing daily TPM on equipment, maintaining clean work areas, supporting Lean manufacturing practices, and meeting productivity standards. Flexibility to work across different machines and workstations is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to comprehend written production orders and verbal instructions
• Experience in welding or metal fabrication environments preferred
• Ability to use precision measuring tools and basic hand/power tools
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Frequent use of hands, arms, feet, and fingers to operate welding equipment and tools
• Regular standing, walking, bending, and material handling throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs frequently with assistance, and up to 60 lbs occasionally with assistance
